Stein Climbing Helmets

I love my Stein. It wobble way less on my head than either a Petzl Ecrin or Vertex. It's the first helmet I don't mind keeping on all day. When I ordered it from the UK the exchange rate made it way cheaper than buying Petzl here in the US. Not sure if that is still the case.

My understanding, which could be wrong, is that the plastic used now is different.

I think that all of the latest arbo versions will be made of the different plastic, Euro/US or the world.

Sounds like the helmets will be available at the Expo (as Tom said). Should be in stores in mid-December. MSRP is around $125.

I was hoping for something underneath the Vertex price of $115. But I'm excited for another ANSI rated work helmet on the market.

Thanks for the comments guys. I found one on e-bay and got it last week. I'm a little confused on the ear muff installation though. I was told I could use my peltor ear muffs on it but they have to screw on somehow. Anyone done this before? Just asking before I go and do something stupid.
