im a huge fan of my geckos, very comfortable and light weight, i seem to be one of the few that love the euro gaffs though

i used to own a pair of kleins with buckingham super wraps and i was not impressed, the super wrap caused constant twisting of the shank into my shins and i was always fixing them
 
I think i am going with Caddies with Klien's from wesspur... i have skinny legs (chicken legs) and am afraid geckos will twist so much on me... wish i could try them both first before i buy but no seems to have them where i live
 
Dude go with the Geckos, you wont be dissappointed.

I used to think my Kleins with caddies were comfy enough. There is no comparison! The geckos are by far the most comfortable. And they fit nice and snug and do not twist.

You'll regret the Kleins, trust me.
 
Go with the Geckos. I've used all three you have mentioned and there is nothing like the geckos. The super wraps move around alot and the caddies are just plain uncomfortable.
 
Shoot... I didn't realize so many guys used the Geckos.

This post has got me reconsidering. And I just found out they offer Carbon-fiber gaffs!

Anyone use the carbon-fiber gaffs?
 
ill be honest with ya jamin, the carbon geckos are nice looking, but they arent even less than a pound difference for 200 bucks extra, and i dont know how well carbon fiber will last in the cold months. i love my original geckos

i have had to make alterations on them though, such as additional velcro under the pads to replace the crap they give you, and i have had to restitch my velcro because the other velcro started to pull apart at the seam. that is my fault though because i kept pulling the wrong part of the velcro to unattach it to my leg and ended up pulling the seams a bit
