Spider lift comparisons

We are currently looking at the possibility of purchasing a Spiderlift ( or comparable machine ). I am looking for feedback and info on all brands, pros and cons etc. We are in the Northern Va. area and am willing to travel up to an hour to see one in actual tree pruning or removal operation. Thanks in advance

I should have my 2011 crawler 78 shortly. any day now. I have run the tuepen and it was okay.had a demo of the crawler 78 in the winter and it seems to be a better built machine. I will let you know when it arrives. keith

We just purchased a few months ago an Omme 2750. Great machine, 90 ft. Looked at Crawler 78 and no comparison between the two. Omme is heavy duty, sets up on uneven terrain and we run on batteries most of the time. Simple machine, no computer electric over hydraulic. 12 more feet makes all the difference. Most companies are purchasing these units.

I just bought a used Italmec R21 (68' working height). The machine has close to 2,000 hours on it, but is still in great condition. I am loving it more and more everyday. We can do a lot more work with less effort and get it into incredible areas. I'm very excited about this machine, and if you have enough work I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.
