Good video , thanks for sharing it with us. Open ours mind to variations. The first technique you use in the video is my favorite to remove a dead central leader in a living tree , when you got 2 others heads. Rig this way is easier to manipulate by the groundie , and there is less risk to break branch that you want to keep under this leader , compare to sending it the normal way. In your video what do you think was the avantage using this technique compare to lets says one pulley in the tree that is far from the house , pretention the limb with the GRCS and put a figure 8 under your cut with rope to control the swing? The tree was dead? Do you think that this way no stress at all is apply to the spar?? I"m Curious to ear about it and read your opinion. Thanks you again.
