I got the pic's from a friend that was out walking around the hills w/ the elictric co looking at burn telephone poles and found this mass of snakes ....

They look to be diamond back rattlers. I hated those when I ived in southern Cali.

I'm not sure what kind of snakes they are , not to fond of those slick moving things either,,,

I have lived in Colorado for 7 years now and I have only seen three snakes so far. (Just Bull snakes) And the ones I have seen have all been this last month. Go figure.

I think that they are coming out of some kind of hole from the ground for the summer ...
