small engine repair classes

hey folks, i was wondering if any of ya had ever attended a small engine repair course or taken any classes for something like this, i figured it would be nice to be able to do my own repairs and it wouldnt hurt to have something to fall back on when i get older and worn out from climbing

I went to Stihls Silver level school. VERY well worth the time and investment! But I think you have to be working for a dealer to be eligible.

I took a chain saw service class at the tech college in the evenings...years ago...one of the most useful classes I ever took.
