Mar 17, 2006 #2 Tom Dunlap Here from the beginning Administrator Location Retired in Minneapolis #2 will allow the eye to lay flat when it is choked. If #1 is choked there will be a bit of a twist in the eye. I think that other ones add more webbing thickness in case of wear. I'm just guessing...
