Qualifications: Experienced Climbers should possess the following skills:

• Tree Climbing with use of harness and climbing line
• Pruning and removing of trees on residential and commercial properties (according to industry standards)
• Knot tying knowledge and ability to safely apply safe and efficient rigging techniques.
• Safe chainsaw operation and maintenance
• Experience using mobile aerial platforms, cranes, chippers, skid steers, stump grinders,
• Tree ID of common species
• Basic knowledge of tree health
• Practice of ANSI z133.1 and best best pruninig practices. general safety industry guidelines and use of PPE (Protective Personal Equipment) is required.

If you have no experience and want to apply to our Apprentice Program, you're a good fit if you posses the following:

• Able to work in hot/cold/wet weather conditions
• Not afraid of spiders (a little fear is okay)

Compensation:

$17 - $30, DOE plus Bonus, Healthcare, 401K, Vacation

Additional information: In our 1-Year Apprentice Program you will be fast tracked to becoming a great climber and trained to be a Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Worker, and any other Certifications that may be relevant. Compensation will be based on experience. We offer top pay with opportunities to achieve bonuses and commissions. Employees are encouraged to learn the skills of the trade and advance in skill and knowledge on a weekly basis. We are looking for candidates that can progress into sales and administrative positions within the company.
