Scion is excellent with the Rope Runner.Is it pretty much the same splice as Tendril? I really like the way Tendril runs through hybrid devices and have been thinking about trying some Scion to see if it behaves similarly.

I was confused by the multi part of the term. They only go up and down, which I don't consider as multiple. Bi-scender or duoscender would seem to be better descriptive words. Who originated the term multiscender?[/QUOTE

Thanks for posting your pictures and graphs, interesting results. On the tested tachyon does it appear that the break was where the core bury ended? At first I thought the whipstitch caused it but it looks about where the core should end.
On the Ocean Polyester, I wonder if the extreme tightness of the eye caused the breakage at the eye.
Please post the results of your latest splices,whatever the outcome.
