For polyester, I use a fid plus a short fid for the brummel and the bury. With a nice half fid taper.what should the bury length be for a brummel lock that isnt an eye2eye?

4 hours actually. About 7 years for myself and friends/ associates. Can't afford the insurance to make it a valid side business...Reed, are you saying that you somehow managed to produce all of the spliced products that we are seeing on the table in a single day? If so, that is amazing to me. How many years would you say that you have been splicing rope?
Beautiful work. It could be a legitimate side business, if the tree climbing work ever experiences slowdowns, I'd be guessing.
