Seeking
Groundsman:
Hard working individuals.
Experience is a must.
Basic knowledge of knots, safe work procedures, and day to day operations of a tree care crew.
Drivers license required, CDL is a plus.
Pay based on performance.
Climber:
+3 years experience.
Pay based on performance.
Safe work practices are a MUST.
Rigging skills and efficiency are crucial.
Ability to safely work with crane assist is a plus.
Various pay structures available.
Foreman:
Seeking driven individuals.
Previous leadership references are a must.
Ability to keep our teams on schedule and efficient.
Must be willing to put in long hours and put fourth effort.
Will be held accountable for lapses in efficiency & productivity and compensated for increases.
Sales:
Must have sales experience.
Experience in arboriculture is a plus.
You will have input on new marketing strategies.
Variable pay structures available.
CDL, Arborist Certification, Pesticide applicator Lic., Crane Cert., Education, Prior experience, are highly valued assets. We always encourage out staff to add to their collection of accreditations and will assist in any way possible.
