Climber/Trimmer/Arborist Needed

Industry knowledge and experience are essential as you lead a crew both in operations and in technical expertise. Responsibilities:
Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays are standard after one year. Pay ranges from 18-22 dollars an hour, depending on previous experience. 3 years experience minimum, 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Have mastery of proper climbing and pruning techniques
- Ensure that each client has an excellent experience and that all services are performed above and beyond industry standards
- Energize and inspire a crew of trimmers to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards
- Care for and maintain equipment
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
- Strength to be able to lift 50 lbs. over your head, and ability to work outdoors
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- ISA Certification (or ability to obtain)
