Aspen Tree Expert Co., Inc was started in Freehold, NJ 1976. Since that time, the business has expanded and moved to Jackson, NJ, and our involvement in the tree care industry has also grown in that time. A large part of the success of Aspen Tree Expert Co. is due to the fact that our company is truly a family business. For over 40 years, Aspen Tree Expert Co., Inc. has provided quality, knowledgeable and safe tree removal and tree pruning services to New Jersey residents of Ocean and Monmouth counties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality work with excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail. Must work well under pressure and be able to manage several priorities in a day; must be adaptable, creative and self-motivated. Computer knowledge a plus.
DUTIES
Sells Arboricultural Services to residential and or commercial customers.
Key priority is proposing and developing sales to existing clients and cultivation of new customers in the territory.
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices.
Estimate time/cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, cabling, and all other tree care services.
Dispatch and direct crews to complete proposed projects.
Maintain and grow knowledge of tree and shrub species common in New Jersey.
The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in the direction of the operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Arborist/horticulturist with preferably 3-5 years of experience in arboriculture
Two or Four-year degree in a green industry a plus
ISA Certified Arborist
NJ Licensed Tree Expert a plus
Tree, plant, and horticultural knowledge relevant to Northeast Region
Excellent sales and communication skills
Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
bi-lingual also highly valuable but not required
