SAKA Rides Again: Knee Ascender Wars and US Patents

I couldn't finish watching that it pisses me off so much. I feel like a hunting trip to east Texas is in order. Yeah, Texas is such a great place!

Yes, I see that. I assume he signed an agreement with Weaver a while back, which is still binding, regardless of what happened in the future with the USPTO. Anyway, to be honest, I think the SAKA mini is superior to both the original SAKA as well as the HAAS. So, really, joke's on them...

On a serious note, this patent trolling buisnes is threatening honest hard working people! I wonder how many cool and useful inventions have been snuffed out by frivolous lawsuits?

This discussion reminds me of an interesting movie about the inventor of the windshield wiper called Flash of Genius.

Good to see you treezy. How are things? Zeb?
Hi Oldoakman, thanks for checking.

Zeb is starting to do pretty good. He had a clinical appointment yesterday, where they said that his blood counts look better than they have ever seen them. His last MRI looked good so we are very thankful for that. Zeb has been eating more food by mouth, even though, he still receives most of it through the g-tube. We are waiting for Medicaid to approve of hearing aids and physical therapy. Over all, Zeb is doing great and he is a little jealous for the attention we give to the new baby girl (Justine born on the 8th of August).
