This job started at 8 am. the climber wasnt the onlyl onne getting high. Dont think ill work for them again even though the $ was excellent. my name is the only one on a truck.

Tom.. the 2nd picture circles a crack about 4" long. there is another in the back also. This guy fell 50' this summer because there was a bad lanyard. i was told he had 1 1/2 hitch tying it to a snap and it slipped when he leaned back.

Did they try and show you how "stup....BRAVE" they were.
When you contract your crane out to these guys doesn't the INsurance fall on your shoulders?

Pot smokin' crew, no doubt. Buddy of mine was layed off one winter from the company both of us worked for at the time (good isa oriented co.). He needed a little bread and butter so he helped out a less reputable crew called 'Link & Sons Tree Surgery'. Got to the shop in the morning, senior crew piled into the cab, other 3 members crawled in with the chips. On the way to the job the lead climber lit up in the chips, and offered a toke to my buddy. He of course declined, but did turn down future requests for assistance. Apparently 2 members of the crew also got into a fistfight on the front lawn of the client's house that day as well.

Its amazing these peopole can make it.the climber gave me his info in case i ever needed him on one of my jobs. I just cant see that happening. I received a call from another company i work with alot while there...he asked if i wasat chucky cheese...he could hear all there hootin hollaring...i never imagined people had such little self respect as to act like that....customers were there and all. well i have enough self respect not tobe there again. its frustrating that customers think this is acceptable or the norm.

Absolutel!! I am very people friendly and dont come off arogant. I suggested hard hats to ground men. I also recc. associations and the benefits.Their reply was "We're just stupid" no inteerest in a better safer way. I feel if I can help a not so professional become more professional it can only help all of us. some just wont listen.
