safe zip line set up?

What are your guys safest zip line set ups. Need to set one up for my son. Wanted to get a feel for what others do.

I just set one up in the back yard using a piece of KM III and it works well. I tried it out first using a pulley backed up with my grigri so if needed I could put on the breaks. The only problem I "ran" into was the picnic table I had overlooked. I was thinking the slack would not be as great as it was and hit the picnic table. For this though I had to climb up the tree just to use it.

Google 'tyrolean traverse" to see a proper setup. Don't over tension and use two ropes for the ride.
