Found it odd that it hasn't shipped.

Calling people names, that you don't even know, doesn't reflect well on your disposition.

Constantly complaining and dissing people on the internet doesn't get you any kind of priority either. Living in a different country than the people you buy stuff from, might have some minor effect on it though. Consider, If you had to send say 100 packages to Canada, and one to the USA, would you do them all the same way, at the same time? Or might you segment that one that you were sending to a different country, with a different shipping method into a different pile and process it separately? We are just people, trying to do our best to service a group of folks the best way we can, some compassion might be in order.

Also, your card is charged an authorization hold when your order is placed, and charged for real when it ships.

Plenty of orders from Treestuff that I have had "issues" with - but really on a personal, small, insignificant way. Many times I have thought about calling them out. @bonner1040 would be a super easy target - he makes himself visible and in touch. I keep my mouth shut - I've been in shipping and order in fulfillment - SHIT HAPPENS - way more than I still want to admit..............

So so so risky to even attempt to interface with customers on a public forum, in the sense that there's potential gain, but there's potential loss as well, and it so often ends up not being worth the effort it requires and the mess it creates. So, I appreciate you being involved with the arb community in this particular way, @bonner1040. Big thumbs up, and respect for even attempting it.

If you had professionally and effectively communicated information on how orders were being processed and day expected to ship for those who had made purchases I wouldn't have had posted any questions for you to ignore.

If slightly tickling your hyper-sensitive touch-hole area is the most effective way to motivate and solicate a response from you then so be it.
I may not know you personally but you ignored enough of my posts in the past to know how you operate and your recycled excuses for why.
 
No idea when mine will arrive.

I got sent through the shipping notification but no tracking number. I guess they forgot.

I sent email asking for it but they are probably very busy.

Waiting to hear from them.

That was the first thing checked. No tracking number on the pdf even though it says it should be there.

edit: I ordered extra bits and pieces and they were shipped together... that one has a tracking number.

Tracking numbers are in the top right-hand corner of the shipping notifications, I DM'd it to you.
