Been here much more than a while

We had a new guy start today, thinks he's a climber (he worked for a local hack and has a lot to learn), and he came with a little bit of gear, including two ropes I doubt are worth much. Can anyone identify them by sight? They both appear to be in the 7/16" size range.

The black and gold rope appears to be KMIII it's a 7/16" static. The 3 strand looks like multiline 2, its a 1/2". Both at Teufelberger products.

The 3-strand looks like 1/2" Teufelberger Multiline. It's great for lots of stuff but not climbing. It is the best rope for the Maasdam rope puller in my opinion. The other one looks like a KMIII knock-off. There's something about the spacing of the yellow flecks that looks off to me.

Multiline is awesome in the Maasdam, it performs way above where it should as a rigging rope also.

The black rope is actually black and bright green, not gold, so I'm not sure it's KMIII, though I wish it was. It also feels very light, which is why I'm questioning whether or not it is rated to climb on.
