I was just told that the show we did last year about climbing redwoods will air on the Science Channel tomorrow morning at 9. Show called Mind Over Muscle. Check it out if you can.

Recorded this awhile back and forgot about it. Just got to watch it. Really good job Mark! The ex wrestler did a fine job on that rope walk, but I could tell it wore his ass out. Very impressive for a first timer though. You of course were silly smooth on that 300' ascent. Looked to be a pretty tough throwline shot. For those of you who haven't seen it, it was probably the best piece I've seen Mark do. All in HD too.

Not yet. It was a trial "premier" showing and they will look at the numbers to see if the show will continue. If it does we should get a link. If not I am not sure.

I was standing around the Stihl shop yesterday while dropping a 1,000.00 on saws watching you on a promo loop, though not a redwood, always impressive.

Noticed you were using a lead weight as a throwball instead of a normal throw weight. What is the reasoning? Thanks.

Few more questions Mark:

• How long did it take Eric to ascend?
• Who was the other climber with you? They never showed his face or mentioned his name.
• Why didn't they show the descent? I bet Eric enjoyed that part more than going up.

Oh yeah, did you watch the whole episode? In the final segment they were shooting bait/line/hook 300 yards out into the surf from the beach with something real similar to the APTA launcher.
