Recreation tree climbing near Youngstown, Ohio

Ok, I'm looking to do some recreational tree climbing but I have no experience in climbing but I would like someone who is willing to teach me the basics of climbing free of charge or I can do a days of work for whoever is willing to teach me. The only climbing I have done so far was a few days ago to take a few limbs off a tree so I could fell it safely without having a lot of weight to the one side of the tree and I only used a flipline to do that. I have access to a pair of spikes and 2 climbing ropes. I also know guy that has like 25 acres of woods 2 miles from my place that will most likely let us climb on his property. If your willing to teach me, send me a message through PM on treebuzz or you can e-mail me- letsgohunting12@aol.com

P.S. - I'm willing to travel up to 40 miles for someone to teach me.

Donald, if you're younger than 24, you might look into enrolling in the Job Corps at a center where ACRT runs one of their Urban Forestry programs.
Job Corps is no party, but you'll get a stipend, equipment, and free training to become a certified tree worker and maybe a Certified Arborist. It's a self-paced program, so if you're serious about learning the skills to become a climber, you can be out in as little as six months. PM me if you have any interest or questions.
If you'd like to see some pics of Job Corps students and the training they do, go to flickr.com and enter "Angell Job Corps" into the search bar.

As long as you're 24, you can enroll. The students tell me 26 is the cut off age for participation. All of the Urban Forestry programs are good, but I am especially fond of the Oregon program at Angell.
