Nice job Mark! Did you sandblast the unit in preperation for paint? I see you added the newer winch mount/fairlead did you buy it from Bandit(Biers?)or fab it yourself?

Sand blaasted and epoxy primer. The winch was added about 5 years ago...it was from bandit...yes...biers

Cut out and replaced the steel where the cutter bar adjustment is;new fenders and feed table, flushed the fins on the radiator and made the beams protecting it removable so its easier to keep clean;installed removable vice welded or replaced other cracks; all safety equipment replaced new feed bar, knives;filters, etc. Motor is fine so just maintenance.

Mark what color yellow did you use? It looks better than that Cat yellow they came painted!! Actually I think it would be nice to see an equipment build/refurbish section on the 'Buzz! Once again AWESOME job Mark!

Very nice!!!! Now all we need if to get ours redone. Same as your really, expect bigger. Great motor, not so great paint. Mind me asking the price to get it repainted/sand-blasted. We would really like to do this soon(maybe a father's day present to Dad) Thanks You can PM me if you would rather do that.

It was just under 5k total. Painter did an excellant job. The epoxy paint is expensive but not in the long run. it will keep it from rusting. I plan on keeping the chipper so long run its worth it.

That looks fantastic! Great job allmark. Your one heck of a mechanic I remember your stump grinder you put together.
