I'm selling my stump grinder. I bought it last March. It is still in excellent condition. 445 hours. I'm asking $9,800 for it.

Why am I selling it? In a nut shell: I'm more profitable as a tree service business doing what I do best... tree work.

Anyone else think that is a lot of hours on it? I purchased it in March... 445hours. Do you think the hour meter is wrong? Or, are my guys just keeping the machine on when there is clean up?

I think the hour meter is acurate.

How many sets of teeth have you gone through?

Is that the 27 hp. kohler?

I haven't gone through complete sets, but I have replaced 4 sets of straight teeth so far... At the tune of $104 dollars for just the straight teeth.
