Key Responsibilities:
• Performing all aspects of tree work
• High attention to detail towards pruning
• Skilled in tree removal
• Ensuring quality and safety
• Attending weekly division meetings
• Interacting with clients
Intangible Qualities of the Perfect Candidate:
• Passionate about the proper care and overall health of trees and shrubs in the landscape
• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of going above beyond to meet clients' expectations
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and arboriculture practices
• Experience in pruning and tree removal
• Ability to think strategically about the future of the division and plan accordingly
• Capable of tackling projects and running with them, solution oriented
Requirements: Education and Work Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years field and climbing experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledgeable on ISA Certification, OSHA Safety Regulations
• Class A, B, C and D Drivers License preferred
