Quickie killer?

Biggest question on my mind: Are the ITCC folks going to get behind this? Comps have been turning down Quickies at gear check...
It's clearly a functional piece of gear, but at its price point may not fully replace the Quickie...comp climbing might be a niche where this is needed to avoid any slic pin concerns (of which I personally have none).

It's CE certified, so I can't see any way for them to deny it as long as it's used according to manufacturer's instructions

the ISC website has a 3d rendering you can interact with. Shows the non button end of the shackle. Pin has a "T" top to help capture it. I like that nothing is sticking out of the sides.

I only drop things when it's most inconvenient

I only drop stuff when I'm over a ground cover the same color as the thing I'm holding

I can open a carabiner with my thumb. It's such an intentional act that I don't worry about immaculate disconnection while climbing.

Yes but a carabiner has a spring loaded gate, so 2 actions to unlock it, but then you still need to open it. This is just 2 actions to unlock, then the pin just slides out on its own
