put a mount on my climbing saw for my Contour Roam

That was good. Chain was a little tight for my liking. But the vid was cool. The forward to some aerial footage.

lol, it think the bar was just a bit dry from not being used in a week. It lossend up after the cut was done. I am going to be removing a maple in my yard soon. I want to try and get a handful of different angles to put together a "movie trailer" type video of it. Should be sweet. Just not looking forward to how long it will take due to setting up the camera all the time.... but its not a production tree its mine so what the H, I will have fun with it.

You're right, real time vid is painful.

the next time you watch a movie take note of how high in the credits the film editor is listed. They get Academy Awards too...there's no mystery why that's a fact.

Old saying...90% of the film ends up on the cutting room floor. Sometimes a clip that's two seconds long is plenty.

That is a great idea... It would be cool to have helmet cam shots mixed in with saw cam shots for a tree removal or crane assisted removal video. Can't wait to see the finished product!

PS - Engage the chain brake before starting hahahaha!

Here's the 2012 list:

My favorite movie, Master and Commander, got two Academy awards:

"At the 76th Academy Awards, the film was nominated for 10 Oscars, including Best Picture. It won in two categories, Best Cinematography and Best Sound Editing and lost in all other categories to The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King."
