Any suggestions for a footlocking prusik?

Only recently I've been using the Helical knot with 8mm TenX. It works very well after loading. And is very adjustable.

I got it there is a bungee in the thicker section, contracts on the leg lift, stretches out on the push, works real well

bungee prussics are the bomb and they have allowed mine in both comps i have climbed in this year

At a recent comp here they would not allow non-heat resistant cord for footlocking prusiks.

yeah, they said that at newcastle and adelaide nationals. personally i think its a bit of b"llsh"t but rules are rules
