Processing a 2400lb crane pick

On this particular job we had four on the ground, one in the bucket/riding the ball and a great crane operator. On a normal day we normally have four or five of us on a job unless we split to grind stumps or do small jobs. Although I hate to say it, but we just had one helluva ground guy call it quits on us to pursue his own "non-tree related" business

Its definitely gonna be different without him

It's already different. He will be missed. To find someone with motivation and a good work ethic is almost impossible.
