Problems with Therma shield

Hey,
I have had problems (the core popping out through the cover) with softheat / beeline. The manufacturer have send me some new beeline / softheat, wich doesn't have the problem.
The new thing is, that I have bought some Therma shield, which has exactly the same problem (see photo).
Anyone else use therma shield and know of the problem?

Nope i dont use that I use Ocean P and it works great...maybe try a new hitch cord?
