Harken probly holds the patent on their winches. Ropteks patent is pretty specific I would guess. I doubt three is any infringement. ACTSafe also makes motorized ascenders i9n the $9-12k range. The Wraptor is <$3k with a rope.

Since Harken supplies GRCS the winch where's the infringement?

Any patent infringement would have to be on specific components if they are separately patented.

there is no patent infringement. this what i was expecting from the wraptor. i wish he would make a sit on model. i think he would sell a thousand more to different industries if he did.
