Positioning lanyard option

Heres a thought I had on a way to use a positioning lanyard as a single line without side loading the snap or using a tiny prussic. I used it today and was way easier than futzing with the little prussic.

Did you have any problems with the knot slipping at all? It seems to me like it might slip a bit if not cinched tightly. Looks like we can chock another one up for inventive climbers everywhere!

No slipping that I can see. Try the knot either way and it should be usable. Seems better to rig it to where the snap is the spike keeping the knot together.

very nice, simple easy and no extra equipment necessary. I like it. Ya know it is amazing how the simplest things can be overlooked but be so useful. good job!!

You're allied with whom? Your direct superiors obviously fancy the idea of my joining the limbwalker team. Are these forces imaginary?

Seek help, and sleep with one eye open.
