Portable Stump Grinder

Our company recently purchased a portable stump grinder. We work in San Francisco so we come across a lot of stumps that the only access is through the house. It is an Alpine Magnum and powered by a Stihl concrete saw power head. I was a little skeptical as to how well this machine would work. I am very impressed so far. It grinds the stumps out well without wearing the operator out too much. The machine seems to be well put together. We have only ground three or four stumps with it but if it stands up to the test of time it is going to be a nice addition to our equipment room. Has anyone else used one of these before? Any problems with them?

That was on a rental to a peer company. Top floor, downtown Toronto. Austrian pine stumps in planters. Their action shot are a little dicey.....

Well we have a problem. The third time we had the machine out of the shop the bolts that attach the power head to the grinder sheared off. We have already fixed it but it is not cool leaving a stump half ground out and not being able to grind others you had planned on that day. Don't know what caused it. Maybe the bolts were loose?
