You sure? you have some very big eyed smilies in youre postings :)

Its linked from the stihl usa site so keep up with the supliers and noose in the books.

just on the stihlusa.com website go to products, polepruners and then the accesories.....

Never the less i dont like those polepruners because the weight distribution and lack of balance in the pole when having to work on hogh and low branches. Its ergonomical not a very well developed piece of equipment. I used a husqvarna hydrolic polepruner for several years and those are heavier but over a day MUCH less stresfull for youre body. You wear the engine as backpack and the gas throttle was slidable over the pole so it could easily be balanced when having lower branches to prune. On that it might be an option to use a backpack stihl brushcutter with flex axle and pole extensions with sawhead. Just only they need the throttle to slide the pole for easier handling. And of course be sure the fexible axle can transmit the torque.

The Echo Power Pruners are more rugged than the Stihls. Please, noone have a heart attack. I am not saying that all Echos are superior to Stihl chainsaws, however, the Echo PPs have a more robust shaft design.

I`ve got an Echo myself, a PP260. When I was in the market, a friend of mine who sold Echo, Husky, and Stihl told me that the Husky was a dog, the Stihls saw ALOT of tube replacements and the Echos were holding up well. I own no other Echo equipment but I would buy this saw again.
