phytopthera in Beech

They have a big problem with it over here, especially in Western Australia.

Treated it with Phosphite ... Regular treatments required but seemed to work.

Aerial spraying not so effective but good results with injecting, you'll have to jump on the Google bandwagon and keep an eye out for any Australian Govt results especially CSIRO

Happy hunting.

For example, here's one link http://www.calm.wa.gov.au/projects/dieback_phosphite.html

do a google search for argri-fos and pentra bark. when dealing with phytopthera, I believe we're thinking preventatively not healing. good luck
