I had to send in my zigzag due to it slipping. It was covered under their recent recall and was very easy to ship in. I purposely waited after the initial rush of zigzags being returned as it wasn't slipping very badly and its only used on crane jobs.

It only took about a week since shipping mine in until I got the new one, and on top of that they upgraded mine to the zigzag plus. I've heard reports of it taking months for others, so I was pleasantly surprised.
