No seriously, the seat looks nice.

Can you tell me if the seat in your pictures is set too far forward? It looks like your body may rock backward.

I followed some crazy tree guy in.

Keeping an eye on equipment buzz.

You are cordially invited to come in and play with the Sequoia as well.

If I owned the place, I'd GIVE you one! to compete in.

If I don't see you before you leave.

Vaya con dios and buena suerte AND HAVE A BLAST and most importantly...Please come back.

Where could I buy this seat? it's made for the Sequoia right?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's not made specifically for the sequoia, it could work for just about any saddle. Go to their website and search 'podium'.

Where you can get it depends on where you are! ( I know where I got mine!) It's a bit pricey though......

Re: petzl sequoia/\"round plastic thingy\"

Well, I'm looking for a new saddle. I lost 40lbs in the last 3 Months, and My Pinnacle doesn't fit anymore. I like my Bosun seat, but that sequoia looks sweet.

Re: petzl sequoia/\"round plastic thingy\"

ive been using it for several months now. I love it for all aspects of climbing except spending an extended period of time on spikes. the back support is minimal compared to other high end saddles. lucky for me i dont do too many removals though.

Re: petzl sequoia/\"round plastic thingy\"

The bridge is rated @15kn, probabally the rings and not the bridge itself. Our intern is sponsored by Petzl as a rock climber and has a contact on the design team. We are preparing a brief message for improvements including strengthening the ratings for the rings to industry standards, improving the stitching from the current pattern, particularly along the back pad. Any additional comments would be welcomed and will be added to the message.
