petzl navaho bod for bucked harness

Im thinking i would like to get the petzd nav. Bod for a bucket haeness and a limb with it when i need to climb. This is for work so im tring to kill two birds and save them some money. I climb on a saquoia and like it mine not theres. The only thing im thinking is that i may not like going back to the center attachment where I have been on the rope bridge. Im just looking for input thanks.

It's a nice harness for both options but there are others out there with the dorsal attachments and bridges versus that single ring. Also the navaho bod is not something I wuold spend a lot of time in aloft in a tree. It can be a real nut hugger. I would look into some of the ergo type harnesses or I believe the Kolibri has a dorsal set up available. So in my opinion there's better options as well as there is some add ons to some of the harnesses that will make it suitable for either use.

I have a Navaho bod and I've been there, bra. It's not a nice climb. I also find it challenging to get into and out of multiple times when used for bucket work. I use it mostly to belay contestants in secured footlock and man I make sure to minimize their time suspending in that thing. Dig what Tyler's sayin. There's better choices out there.

The TreeAustria can add a Suspender (is that what its called?) for comfor which is great, but it is definitly not a fall protection Harness with it! Beware!

The Information on Wesspurs site is wrong, maybe they read this?...

I was asking my boss to get one for the same reason but after trying it on and hanging in there was no way I would work in that thing. If I know I'll be climbing out of the bucket I just put my saddle on and secure myself with my lanyard to the bridge of my saddle. I'm pretty sure that its legit to do that now.
