OSHA violation fines

Does anyone know what it would cost an employer per person for not having an employee wearing a helmet if OSHA fined the employer? I tried looking it up on OSHA's website and a few other sites but unable to have any luck on my search.

Back in '04 a tree company got fined $3k for a climber not wearing safety glasses. No [immediate] reduction even though it was one of those super humid days where glasses were constantly fogged.

After working through the process with OSHA the package of fines were reduced...a lot!

I've never heard of a published fine chart.
