i would like to hear about your time doing tree work in vietnam though too. it looks like they were doing some pretty interesting work. girdling roots and all. Oh and I agree its very specie-ist to think that dog got more of a right to live than pigs and chickens. or horse.
 
I never said a dog has more right than a pig or a chicken. The pic looked like the damn thing was burned alive on an oversized fish hook. I would have said the same thing if it was a cow.
