Old spray rig

On my most recent trip to Oakland, we were working at a Park that had old farm implements on display. One was an old Bean spray rig with wooden axles and a wooden tank. I took a couple of pics hoping someone could date this rig.

This one is a close up showing the wooden axle and the 4 cylinder motor. There was a tag on the motor that said "Star Motor Company". The carburetor was a Tillotson.
