old drum chipper

If a company was to start manufacturing old style drum chippers again would you purchase them??

Is this a potential market survey?

There are places for 12" chuck n ducks. It seems that those places are covered pretty well by the smaller power in feed chippers.

It's hard to imagine cracking the market for a start up production

Chuck n ducks are really easy/cheap to maintain though

About the only time I intentionally took out our back up CnD was for Canary Island Date Palms. Tossing those long fronds from way back and watch them snake into the chipper is fun. You can lose a pile in no time. Just make sure they go in butt first to keep from getting skewered :D
