Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted US Driver License
  • Must be legally able to be employed in Colorado.
  • 5 years minimum of professional experience in the arboriculture industry.
  • Able to perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully in normal and unfavorable weather conditions.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Must be friendly, personable and customer focused.
  • Great attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
  • ISA certification preferred.
  • Offering top pay! Pay based on experience and skill level.

I love when people assume that experience means proficiency. I’m much more proficient in a variety of skills and techniques that my old coworker was not, but he had 22 years more experience than me. He’d readily admit that there’s no reason that I shouldn’t earn as much as him, given that I could achieve the same results as him but in less time. I’ve only got 2.5 years of documented professional experience, but I spent that much time learning and practicing prior to that, and I learn fast. I now get called in to do lots of challenging jobs that others don’t wanna do, and it’s not because I have more experience.
