All joking aside people, Nosak has psychological problems, I've worked with people like him, they lack control of their emotions, crave attention, and are actually very sad people. Behind his facade is a very insecure man strugging to cope the realities of life. He has molded himself a personality that he believes people will find endearing or funny. He is sadly mistaken. Take a look at the vid again, watch his facial expressions at the times he's talking to camera. He is betraying the symptoms of a person who has unresolved mental issues.

Asides from Nosak's mental well-being, he will never achieve national or international recognition as after 2 minutes of watching his show, people will simply switch channel. Treework is not as exciting for the public as we all might think. How many times have you done a giant technical removal only for the client to be unfazed and even disinterested in your work? They just want you out their garden, simple as that.
Nosak has had his 15 minutes. He'll no doubt live off the story for the rest of his life with inane diatribes to potential clients and restaurant staff of his glory days on TV, unaware that the people he is speaking to actually feel sorry for him and his pathetic attempt to become famous.
If there is one positive the rest of us can take from his 'TV show' - it provides a valuable insight into how not to promote your work.
