From Tom Dunlap this thread.

I must admit I find it disgusting to read this garbage and am somewhat bewildered as to why the entire thread was not deleted. Disgruntled employees seldom have much good to say.
Yet I assure you that if a company or representative there of were to write a horde of opinion on a worker in the public eye there would be legal suits left right and centre.
I urge you all to petition this thread for deletion, it reflects poorly on both contributors and site moderation. I have noticed the imbalance and often paced the room wondering why the garbage isn't swiftly wiped. This is the greatest tree forum on the planet. Yes there are others but have you been there? If so then you know.
To all employers I would urge a confidentiality agreement be signed prior to the first day of work, punitive damages could be claimed for outrageous claims and defamation. This board regardless of owners may think is a form of media, I would also suggest a media ban on that agreement.
If you have a legitimate beef with your employer then there are appropriate avenues for persuing and rectifying them. If you dont gel with certain people or fit in then make an extra effort or move on, these are just people doing their thing and you cant do much to change people you can only change yourself. I have a myriad of persona to work with daily, some I dont even like but they do the job and get it done, that's why I hire them, I may not value getting drunk and leaving hard earnt rubber on the roadway but I'm not reposnsible for changing that. I just ask that it not be done with our vehicles or in our presence.
Again from a great mentor.
