This was really fun climbing in red oak. Normally I not overly joyous about climbing red oaks, but this one line for rigging a broken limb was really nice.
We retreated from the job last fall because of a hornet nest in the cavity of the limb. We secured the limb with a line and a sling, and left it for later..
