New Pruning animations

Ha, I didn't notice till now, I didn't even check!

I just found some animations and copied the link and pasted it in my post ... and they're both the same! /forum/images/graemlins/9lame.gif

Why would you set up a site like that? Sure would make it a PITA to navigate and send links out.

The only reason I envisage is that users have to browse to get what they want but it's a bit unfriendly.

Good of you to point that out.

The frame system of building pages allows leaving the top, sides, bottom whatever the same, and only changing 1 or more frames. This makes loading successive pages faster (that have more content than homepage)because 2/3 of the page is already loaded. It is a PITA if you have a good site and people like to give links too; also a PITA for Search Engines to index,.

I had to look again at the site because I never saw frame one. Turns out it's a javascript-induced condition there and since I don't promiscuously surf with it enabled I just got the straight pages. Frames generally suck but can usually be escaped.
