I had one for a month and the handle busted right off after falling off a tailgate! the tab that holds the handle on is all plastic, it totally busted and I would have had to replace the entire shell to fix the saw. Never again!!! I go with huskys all the way. I will admit though that there is plenty of room for improvement there too.
Menny years ago I got pissed and threw one at the side of a one ton. It broke. I supper glued it back together and carefully turned it in for "one that ran better" and they gave me a newer one.
I got a idea, I will buy the rights to all the top handle saws that cost $300 and market them as pro saws and sale them for $600.
That way you guys feel better about it. Maybe sometime I will have a 2 for 1 sale to make you feel really special about buying your $600 pro saw.

There is a vid posted somewhere on this site with a short demo. Looks like it's actually pretty aggressive. Supposedly the newer model is even better, but after a short search it looks like they de-evolved the design. Too bad, I was hoping for a similar model to try out.
Edit: Just checked, and the little bugger (BUC122Z) isn't available in the US. Only the 12 volt model, which doesn't even look like a chain saw. Here's a link to the UK site with some specs:
I cant believe that thing beats a handsaw. how much does it weigh? I'd have to see it to believe it if that thing will beat a handsaw after you calculate the hauling the weight and bulk to power ratio.
