Just picked my new saddle an ergovation. Was going through the manual for fitting instructions. Any advice out there before I start to cut the straps as indicated in the manual? Any tips for setting it up and adjusting?

Im just curious where you picked it up, and what you finally ended up paying, being Canadian as I am ?
I really like the looks of the Ergo, but have been a bit put off by the price.

I found the instructions difficult to understand. Check out the long ergovation thread that was posted n General Talk a few months ago. I found pictures in that thread very handy in assembling the saddle. One thing you do want to make sure of is that before you cut any of the velcro straps you have enough excess to cover the matching velcro on the others side, so you don't have a sticky side. I hope that makes sense.
