Does anyone have any experience using Neem oil as a protectant to manage the cedar-hawthorn (or similar) rust?

I have 3 C. viridis 'Winter King' that have had it since planting 4 years ago. I don't know where the Juniperus host is, but from what I've read, it could be far away, even on somebody else's property.

The trees do not seem to suffer unduly in terms of their health, and they still manage to have a good fruit set in the winter despite the numerous fruits that have the mutant alien ooze shooting out of them.

Even still, I'd like to manage the rust better for aesthetics, as the trees are right in front of the visitors' center on our campus, so they are in a quite prominent location, right outside the the window of my boss's boss's boss's boss.

neem is hit or miss. all the experience i've had with it, it sucks. If you are going the 'organic' route, try to find OMRI listed pesticides
