Need Chip Truck Body Painters in PNW

Hey, i have a dodge 5500 with a 6x12 steel body on it. Bought the truck 2-1/2 years ago and bed was just put on. Whoever painted the box did a horrible job and I’ve got rust on all the seams and welds. I’m currently between vinyl wrapping it or painting it but either way have to get rust taken care of first. Does anyone know a company in or around Portland OR or Washington that does paint and body on tree trucks? I live on the north oregon coast and know I’ll have to drive but my search is leading me no where!! Thanks.
