Need an online calender to share job details

Does anyone use something online which is in the form of a calender, and multiple people from different computers or mobile devices and access this calender and all can edit it too?

We need to share job details on a calender between sales and management. Management is me, and I need to know the details are about the contracts that have been schedule and their dates, so I can adjust contract dates/times and coordinate with workers that can and can't be available on certain days.

Forget outlook. Google Calendar can do anything you need, is totally free, and works with any number of users.

+1 on the google calendar, it has revolutionized our day to day family plans, and it definitely keeps my head straight on upcoming jobs.

Outlook, I tried it, could never work it like the goog

Not 100% sure other parties can edit your schedule, but everyone can have their calendars overlaid.

Our company is run off a mac laptop, 3 iphones and 2 ipads. So we use the Apple Calendars. It works for us because we have so much apple equipment. If you have a few people that DON'T have iphones, then yeah- another vote for Google Calendar. Way better than outlook and it's free and can be accessed from anywhere.

Okay, now I'm seeing how the Google Calender combined with Google Docs works. There's plenty of easy directions to follow. The calender is accessible and editable by multiple parties. Perfect.
